The quality of all the products manufactured in our Competency Centre takes top priority.
This is achieved by strict levels of food safety, certified raw ingredients from carefully selected suppliers, innovative technology, and impeccable manufacturing processes in accordance with HACCP guidelines. The latest methods of analysis, carried out exclusively by accredited laboratories, guarantee seamless quality- and hygiene controls. Customers, authorities and certifying organisations can also verify this from our annual audits.
To ensure that the quality of our products stays consistently high, our quality management/control department has a team of 25 experienced specialists.
Their function includes the checking of incoming raw ingredients and packaging materials, process control, semi-finished product control, environmental control, and supervision of quality management systems such as HACCP, and foreign body- and allergen management. This means that compliance with food safety requirements can be completely guaranteed, from the time the raw ingredients and packaging materials are received, up to the point when the finished goods are shipped.
Controlled compliance with HACCP guidelines
The HCCP approach plays a central role in this – potential health risks in the production process are evaluated and, if necessary, reduced or eliminated. As well as being monitored by our in-house quality management team, compliance with the HACCP guideline is also verified annually in the IFS audit and in official inspections.
